Pricing
Our services are charged at an hourly rate of £30.00.
Our minimum charge is £30.00 which includes up to the first hour of service. We do not charge a call out fee.
If the job takes longer than an hour, this will be charged on a pro rata basis. (For instance, if a job was to take one and a half hours, you will be charged £45.00 We do aim to complete most jobs within an hour.
If any replacement components are required, these wil be charged at cost. Alternatively you can provide these yourself and we will fit them for you.
To install single item £15.00 Additional item £7.00 per item.
If your hard disk requires formatting and/or windows re-loading.
£40.00 if you don't have the driver discs.
(We can ONLY install licensed software! If yours is unlicensed, we can provide an official version at cost.)
PC Drop off: you can arrange to drop your pc off to be repaired and save an extra £5.00 discount from all services. We also offer a pick-up and return service within the Warrington area for £10.00.
Our PC MOT is a set charge of £30 remember if you can deliver your pc to us this will only cost £25 with the £5 discount
We accept payment in cash or cheque (with valid guarantee card). A full receipt will be given.

Home network set-up:
If you are struggling with your broadband or home network, why not avoid the stress and have us set-up the system for you? Most set-ups will take around one hour (make sure you have the user name and password supplied by your service provider), but if we are unable to complete the process for any reason we will return to complete the job at our cost! £30.00 fixed charge.
