At the time our Technician visits your premises or you drop off your computer It is essential that you have at hand the following:
- All the password details we might need to do the job.
- Backup discs of any software that may need re-loading back onto the PC.
- Contact details of your ISP and telephone providers.
- Your latest backup disc of your data.
- The keys to any physical locks/barriers preventing the technician from working.

Home network set-up:
If you are struggling with your broadband or home network, why not avoid the stress and have us set-up the system for you? Most set-ups will take around one hour (make sure you have the user name and password supplied by your service provider), but if we are unable to complete the process for any reason we will return to complete the job at our cost! £30.00 fixed charge.
